Purchases & Licensing
Spades Audio is available as a one-time purchase from our website. Both Standard and Pro tiers include a 14-day free trial. All purchases are processed through Polar.sh and subject to their terms and refund policies. Your licence key activates on any of your personal Macs.
Intellectual Property
Spades Audio and all associated content, including the software, design, and branding, are the property of happymachines.company. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
Disclaimer
Spades Audio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases, though locally stored data remains on your device.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Spades Audio after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
